Care Options

Companion Care

Invaluable emotional and social support to enrich lives and foster a sense of companionship. Services include light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, and assistance with doctor appointments. Engagement in activities, hobbies and conversations reduce the risk of social isolation.

Personal Care

Assistance with essential activities of daily living, including grooming, dressing, bathing, mobility assistance, and more. Personal care is best suited for someone with limited mobility, a physical disability, or a chronic health condition thereby requiring more intensive support.

Home Health Care

Doctor prescribed at-home medical services such as Nursing, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Social Services and more.

Rehabilitation

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Our physical therapy team works toward the specific goal of achieving the patients highest functional level of independence. Physical therapy focuses on the identification and rehabilitation of individuals with physical impairment and pain, as well as future injury prevention. Following evaluation, our experienced physical therapists develop an individualized treatment program. The goal is to achieve safety in a variety of areas.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Occupational therapy assists patients in adapting to their social and physical environment by mastering tasks essential for daily living. Our occupational therapists may work with patients who have debilitating arthritic conditions or those with difficulty bathing, dressing, and other activities of daily living. They assist patients with impaired vision and/or hearing to function well in their environment.

SPEECH THERAPY

Our speech therapists provide a range of interventions to assess and help restore abilities in the areas of communication, swallowing, and cognition. Treatment programs are designed to help patients affected by stroke, brain injury, dementia, and other neurological disorders. Our professionals also work with patients suffering from hearing impairment, respiratory illnesses, and complex medical conditions.

ANODYNE THERAPY

Our experienced therapists will provide short-term therapeutic MIRE therapy to help heal from pain such as osteoarthritis and other musculoskeletal disorders. Therapy can increase mobility, decrease swelling and pain in patients so they can start moving and healing.

Wound Care

Wounds require special medical attention and care. We will personally assess each patient and implement a custom treatment plan to heal chronic, non-healing wounds.

We provide specialized care for serious wounds such as:

  • Persistent skin irritations
